Arrive here now.
Collect our attention.
Slow the mind doing one thing at a time.
Move every thought into a kindness enclosure.
our purpose is to awaken and to remain awake.
Let present-moment awareness be our practice.
This moment is the only reality; all else is abstraction, a mentally constructed aberration.
Just look and listen. No more is needed. Being inwardly still, looking and listening activates our non-conceptual intelligence deep within us.
Attention is primordial intelligence, consciousness itself. It joins us the perceiver and us the perceived in a unifying field of our awareness.
The present moment is deeper than what happens in it. It is the space in which it happens. Eventually, the focus is on the inner, silent and still presence of awareness itself, rather than on its passing content.
We’re responsible for reining in our attention, taking command of our power of focused awareness, and purposefully choosing how we’ll live moments of our life. We can waste and dissipate them, or we can centre ourself intentionally and live fully in the present moment. It all begins with a decision to live in this way only. Lightening up and throwing back into our meditation.
