Do the things that matter in our recovery.
In connection to unnecessary stress, we shall avoid doing whatever we consider being pointless or not in the child withins interest. If there‘s no action needed at that particular moment in relation to our goal ...recovery, just lay back and think what we could do that would have a bigger meaning, like practice of meditation of our objective or thing about our Real Life Purpose...recovery. Take some time to clean our mind, relax, go for a walk. Who knows, maybe it‘s going to be the time when we to see a sign leading toward our goal.
