Your Mind is the key in which your creativity comes from and how you view the world around you can determine your successes and failures in life.

 

Your Body is your temple and should be cherished as sacred with self love.

 

Your Spirit is your awareness and connection to the Universe – God and knowing that there is something greater than yourself in which, you were destined for.

 

  1. Time – Make the time to meditate each day either early in the morning before you wake the kids or in the evening when the kids are in the bed. You should adjust your schedule to fit mediation into your lifestyle whether it’s 5 minutes a day or 15 minutes  a day.
  2. Posture and Breathing – Good posture and breathing are essential to meditation.  Deep breathing will increase oxygen to the brain and help to relieve stress.
  3. Positive Thinking – Focus and generate thoughts of positivity by eliminating all negativity.  You should be in a state of relaxation and allow yourself to be free.
  4. Silence – Silence of stillness is not only referring to a quiet environment for your meditation but the stillness within in you to be open to receive goodness.
  5. Diet – A healty diet is important to spiritual wellness and you should be sure to include a healthy diet that contains fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid ingredients that contain high fructose corn syrup, which is nothing more than sugar.
  6. Exercise - Physical haealth is important for your body, walking alone can improve your mood, lower your blood pressure and reduce the risk or manage type 2 diabetes.

In order to create balance in our lives we need to take the time to address areas in our lives which needs improving.  We can’t be everything to everybody, so remember you come first!  If you are not healthy mentally, physically or spiritualy how can you do well for others in your life?  Create a schedule for your self by writing it all down and decide when you will mediate, excercise, read a book or simply relax and remember to have a postive attitude by generating postive thoughts.  Change doesn’t happen over night it’s a process so keep pushing forward!
